The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs (one queen bed, 2 tri-bunks - i.e. double bed with single bunk above). There is also a bathroom and toilet, and kitchen/lounge/dining and a large deck which overlooks Silverleaves park. Downstairs there is a rumpus room with pool table, plus two couches which convert to single beds. There is also a shower, toilet and laundry downstairs.

The house is perfectly located for a relaxing beach holiday. It is 100 metres through the park opposite and down a track to the secluded, sandy and safe Silverleaves beach and a short walk to the Silverleaves cafe.
