Be Fit Bodies offer a wide range of activities to help promote a healthy active lifestyle. With a Fun and friendly coaching team our bootcamps are designed to cater for all fitness levels and all ages. These are run monday to friday with no two workouts being the same.

Our Coaching team is also qualified to instruct Stand UP Paddle Boarding! We offer Group lessons, Individual lessons and Paddle Board Hire. Paddle boarding offers a unique form of fitness and is great fun for the whole family.

We also understand the importance of nutrition to successfully achieve a complete healthy active lifestyle. We have developed a unique system in which any of our clients can plug into, to learn and develop the skills necessary to implement optimum nutrition into their lifestyle.
