A $50.00 booking fee per boat is required to secure your hire. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another boat or date.

Since our boats have to be prepared and booked in for each hirer.
Cancellation is only possible when a strong wind warning has been posted on the day of the hire for our area only, or BBQ Boat Hire Bribie Island cancels the booking for safety reasons. This decision will be made on the morning of the hire, but we will be happy to find a solution for another date or a refund.

If a date or boat change for your booking is required within a reasonable time frame, we will attempt but cannot guarantee, and a refund is not given if we cannot move your booking.
