We train to:
Have the energy, ability and will to run with the kids on the weekend
Have the physical aptitude to lift efficiently without straining our bodies
Be able to commit to life projects and complete them, because our minds and bodies are commonly put through the ¾ challenge test and we know how to push through
Deal with change
Prepare to not walk away from something new, because it is new and because it is change
We do not choose our body type off a shelf. However, we sure can maintain it to be the best that it can be to take on the world for all that it can throw at us.
