Barossa Distilling Company

In 2016 the Barossa Distilling Company broke new ground with the release of Barossa’s first Gin; Generations Gin. Since then Barossa Distilling has gone on to release a Summer seasonal Gin called Budburst, they have a Tawny Barrel Gin on the way and Whisky maturing in some fabulous Barossa fortified barrels plus much more to come. They love to share their spirits and the stories behind them, but also their on-going pursuit to create fabulous flavours and extend their offering with more “Spirits of Barossa”.
Barossa Distilling are breaking new ground again with the opening of The Stillery, a tasting room and craft spirits bar. Located in the Old Penfolds Distillery at Provenence Barossa, they are making the old new again in the Old Penfolds Distillery a space full of history and character with the warmth of copper and old timber.
The now very popular Generations Gin was the first Gin they released. Generations is citrus forward but towards the traditional London Dry Style using locally produced grape spirit infused with 12 botanicals.
The summer seasonal and unique Budburst Gin was next, a beautifully packaged pink Gin that grabbed everyone’s attention. Naturally coloured and blended with White Fronti wine, Budburst had Gin lovers clamouring to get a bottle. Garnished with Strawberries, this seasonal Gin is a hit.
