Founders and Trainers

KALLUM FIDOE

With over 9yrs of experience in the fitness industry Kallum has pursued a career where he can help people lead happier, healthier lives.

Since graduating university with a science degree in 2005, his professional experience spans from studio to commercial gyms throughout Australia.

In 2009 he spent a year at sea as a trainer and wellness coach aboard the largest cruise ship in the world, the Oasis of the Seas. During that time he travelled to many countries and gained experience working with people of all nationalities.

Throughout his career he has continued to develop in areas of exercise rehabilitation, yoga, pilates, and nutritional coaching.

He has worked as a wellness coach with corporate groups such as eBay and numerous colleges within the Australian education system.

Recently he has competed and won titles in Natural Bodybuilding, however doesn't think of himself as a bodybuilder, but as an advocate for health across all forms of exercise.

He is passionate about the barefoot training philosophy and believes optimal health comes from functional exercise and eating food in its
most natural state.

Kallum has coach thousands of people through significant lifestyle change and still can't wait to meet the next client.

EMMA PODESTA

Emma's fascination with health came about at the age of 25 when she decided to shift her lifestyle and career.

Before this time she was working in a highly stressful sales job and noticed her emotional and
physical wellbeing beginning to suffer.

In 2010 I took the opportunity to move from the city to lead a more balanced lifestyle while beginning study as a personal trainer.

This “sea change” has unlocked her passion
for helping people achieve their own health and wellness ambitions.

During her studies, she gained experience working in a chiropractic and wellness centre where she was mentored by chiropractors, nutritionists and wellness professionals.

Through this training she discovered the remarkable impact wearing shoes and food choices have on us physically, chemically and
emotionally.

Since this time she has applied her skills hosting wellness seminars and events, sharing what she has learned.

Her interest in fitness started to flourish in 2011 when she began to compete as a Fitness Model.

This encouraged her to get creative with her exercise and food. Training on the beach and in parks is a must for Emma as she loves being in natural surrounds. She also loves the challenge of flicking through traditional recipe books and being able to add and subtract ingredients to make a guilt free, nutrient-rich meal or snack.

Her ultimate passion is being able to experience, explore and share with people how to live their best lives.
