After working for and being involved with 5-star hotels Sheraton, Novotel, Hyatt, Burswood and many more executive hotels, Allen had opened his first restaurant and function Centre in 1996, Champagne Room. After a huge success, he later opens his first Authentic Indian restaurant in 1997, Anarkali, in the heart of the City of Perth, following another branch in Whitfords.

From their another successful sub restaurant branch of mega hit Anarkali was later opened in 2002 called, Mr India, in Joondalup and another called, Santoor, in Morley. These historical events were the first Authentic Indian cuisine restaurants of Western Australia. He later on decided to leave the restaurant business aside in 2005 for the mean time so he could focus more on his family and young kids.

And now, after 15 years of waiting, Allen and his family move to Sydney in 2015 and open their new sophisticated, exquisite, most Authentic healthy Indian Restaurant in McMahons Point, the heart of Blues Point which he brings as a complete game changer towards being more health conscious and pours the purest healthy ingredients which he sprinkles into his deliciously remarkable meals, can now be served to us in the most luxurious location and in the most beautiful heritage building that has being part of the first generation of Sydney and till today.
