Banana Boogie Bakery is a small business started in 2013 by Jason Spencer & his family.
Jason has been a baker since he left school & started working at Croissant D'or Bakery at Lonsdale, age 17. He then left the pastry side of baking and started working at Bakers Delight for a few years making bread, before eventually leaving to work at Buttercup bakery where he worked for 10 years.
A need for good banana bread in Adelaide was brought to his attention early 2012 , some research and product developing has led to him creating BANANA BOOGIE.
