Ballarat Primavera

Primavera is a luxury accommodation situated on the outskirts of Ballarat in the Central Highlands: with features of a boutique hotel and bed and breakfast. The owners, Marcia and Wayne, live next door.

Primavera can accommodate 8 people and is nestled in a 11/2 acre secluded garden. It has 4 spacious bedrooms each with a large ensuite including one built for the disabled. There are many separate spaces in and around the house including lounge area with the fireplace, a dining area, a central courtyard, the large kitchen as well as the surrounding terraces, and garden. The house is built of rammed earth and windows are double-glazed. Warmth or coolness is assured with in floor heating and air conditioning. An indoor swimming pool and tennis court are available. A continental breakfast is provided
