Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac beside a creek, Bali Hi is a free standing unattached single storey dwelling. This lovely home has its own driveway access, garage and large swimming pool as well as being surrounded by tropical rain forest on two sides of the property ensuring privacy. The house is built on a flat level with no stairs within or outside the house making for easy living and suitable for all ages.

The living area opens up onto your own covered outdoor alfresco dining area with gas Beef Eater barbecue while overlooking the tranquil rain forest backdrop and swimming pool.

Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, and separate walk-in robe. There is a main bathroom and separate water closet area with the main bathroom consisting of a shower and separate bath, The water closet consists of a vanity unit and a separate toilet.

There are 3 queen bedrooms and the 4th bedroom consists of a King bed that can be converted into 2 King Singles.

This spacious house has a living room that includes the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The Media Room is situated off the sitting room and offers TV, DVD player and can be used as a quiet area to relax with a book from the bookshelves.

This delightful home includes a fully equipped kitchen that includes granite bench tops and tiled splash backs. There is an electric oven and cook top, a microwave and dishwasher.

Bali Hi is fully equipped and is self catering, but we do supply general household products and some pantry condiments to get you started. The house is fully made up for your arrival, a bath towel and a pool towel is supplied for each guest.

House is equipped with Free WIFI access.

The property is in a great location with a 4 minute drive to down town Airlie Beach and the Port of Airlie ($12 - 18 Taxi Fare). The house is also close to the local Tavern and IGA Supermarket.
