An industry specific Trade Show, designed specifically for Baking and Pastry. Come along to the 2017 Baking Industry Trade Show at Moonee Valley Race Course, Melbourne, 20 - 22nd June 2017.
Take part in the Australia's Best Pie & Pastie Comp, register for the National Conference, watch and take part in the Vanrooy Baking Theatre, visit the Unox Demo Kitchen or Bulla Stage, network with industry suppliers and other bakers or check out the Cake Decorating Comp and free live demonstrations thanks to the Cake Decorating Association Victoria.... Lucky it runs for 3 days because there is definitely plenty to do!!!!!
