Bai Rui Taekwon-Do Holland Park

Holland Park trains at the Nursery Road State Special school, which is conveniently located minutes from the freeway. A wide variety of ages and ranks train, with many families training together.

Mr Nikki Amie-Fong is the instructor at Holland Park. He has been training with Bai Rui Taekwon-Do for over 10 years. He is a 3rd Dan black belt and has competed in both domestic and international tournaments, and was a member of the Bai Rui demonstration team for 6 years. Mr Amie-Fong has a special interest in fitness and flexibility, which forms a large part of the classes in a fun and accessible way.
