Backstreet Bakehouse is a locally owned and operated business by Brett Kingsley and Sean Roberts. Brett is a qualified baker and pastry chef and is a passionate people person. With a background in psychology, Sean has made a career out of working with people.
At Backstreet Bakehouse, we specialise in delectable gourmet pies, delicious sweets and quality, barista-made coffee. We also produce a range of speciality baked goods, such as gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Backstreet Bakehouse endeavours to produce goods of the highest quality, whilst providing exceptional customer service. To ensure the quality of our goods, wherever possible, we source local produce, such as Palarang Organic Meats for our scrumptious pies and Tilba Real Dairy milk for our great coffee. We also sell products from each of these local suppliers in-store.
