Paul has a strong interest in providing evidence-based practice for the management of pain and chronic diseases including Low Back Pain, Neck Pain, Type-II Diabetes, osteoporosis and arthritis. Paul is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and a graduate of Macquarie University with a Masters degree in Chiropractic. In addition to chiropractic, Paul is a recognised Active Release Technqiues (ART) provider which is a soft tissue massage technique that frees up scar tissue caused by injuries and repetitive strain. Paul also runs group exercise classes for both chronic disease management and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation which provides a cost effective way for individuals to reach their health goals.
