Welcome to Avirit Yoga and Wellbeing centre located in the heart of Ormond. We have been offering quality yoga classes in Melbourne since 2000. Our newly renovated centre is fully carpeted to reduce the strain on your body. Therefore, you can practice yoga at any age and physical ability.

With over 16 years of experience and knowledge about the physical body, we are confident that you can practice yoga safely with us at any age, including 50 and over.

Our yoga classes are modified to suit absolute beginners and they are adjusted to challenge experienced students.

We focus on a therapeutic approach to yoga to promote healing and improve a long-term health.

There is no need to have a specific body shape, be flexible or strong to participate in our classes.
