Avenue Tutoring

The teachers at Avenue Tutoring are a husband and wife team that provide a nice and welcoming feeling in their classrooms. They tutor from within their home and provide unlimited beverages and snacks for students to enjoy during their lessons.

Peter received HSC DUX at Christian Brothers' High School Lewisham with an ATAR of 99.25. He completed an Actuarial degree with a UNSW Co-op Scholarship. He has worked at various insurance companies and top tier consulting firms.

Rachel received HSC DUX at Georges River College Oatley Senior Campus with an ATAR of 99.50. She completed a double degree of Commerce and Economics at UNSW majoring in Actuarial Studies and Finance. She has worked at insurance companies and top tier consulting firms.

Peter and Rachel have tutored students from many different schools and areas such as Peakhurst, Oatley, Padstow, Padstow Heights, Revesby, Bankstown, Como, Engadine, Sutherland, Auburn, Illawong, East Hills, Lewisham, Petersham, Belfield, Belmore and Strathfield. Their experience has taught them to mould their teaching styles to the needs of each individual student and explain difficult mathematic concepts in simple terms.
