To order, simply contact us via Inbox or E-mail and provide
1. The item/s - Add a screenshot or item name.
2. The size/s
3. Your Email Address + Postal Address
4. Regular, Express Postage or pick-up
5. And we will send an invoice directly to you to finalise payment.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Avara Clothing does not offer Refunds or Returns as our items are pre-order, so please choose carefully!
Although if you are unhappy with your purchase, whether you purchased the wrong size, we can offer you a store credit (valid for 12 months) as long as the below guidelines are met:

1. Contact is made about your concerns within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Garments are returned within 7 Days of confirmed delivery, with the original printed invoice, packaging and tags attached.
3. Garments must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, no tears, stains or marks. Refunds will not be honoured on items damaged or soiled by the customer.
4. Due to hygiene reasons, returns cannot be made on swimwear, lingerie items and some jewellery pieces.
5. Does not apply to any sale stock.

Refunds are ONLY accepted on faulty or damaged items upon customer receiving them.
*If you request a refund or return, the purchase price (excluding postage charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. This will occur once we have received the returned item back and confirmed it meets all of the conditions above. You are responsible for any cost associated with returning the item to us, including any currency conversion costs.

Postage Time & Price
It takes approximately 3 days upon our order date for Avara Clothing to receive all orders, from here, all individual orders will be posted via Australia Post and take between 1 to 7 days depending on location and postage required.
Please know we are not liable for any posted items that are lost or damaged in the post, please contact Australia Post if this occurs.
Please also advise the postage times are only approximate time frames and therefore we do not guarantee time frames for the arrival of your order.
Regular Postage
Small (Under 500Grams) = $7.45
Medium (500Grams - 3Kg) = $13.40
Express Postage
Small (Under 500Grams) = $10.20
Medium (500Grams - 3Kg) = $14.80
