As physiotherapists, our job is to accurately assess, diagnose and treat your musculoskeletal ailments. At Avalon Physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates we can partner with you to help you recover from injury, reduce pain levels, improve mobility, strength and flexibility. We can also aid the prevention of ongoing pain and dysfunction through the expert use of exercise prescription and education.
A doctor’s referral is not necessary to see a physiotherapist, but we do often work closely with the local GP’s and specialists in order to reach the best possible outcome for the patient.
