Australian Mercy (ARMS)

Australian Mercy is a member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) and therefore a signatory to the ACFID Code of Conduct
(the Code).

The Code defines minimum standards of governance, management and accountability for non-government development organisations.

Adherence to the Code is monitored by an independent Code of Conduct Committee, which is elected from the NGO community. Our voluntary adherence to the Code is our commitment to ethical practice and public accountability.

Australian Mercy is also the mercy ministry arm of Youth With A Mission Australia.

We are a registered Australian charity, relief and development organization. We have offices in Adelaide, Burnie, Canberra, Darwin, Perth, Shoalhaven, Sydney, Townsville. Our National Office is located in Port Kembla.

Australian Mercy is dedicated to reaching out to the poor and the needy of the world wherever they may be found. We run mercy ministry projects both within Australia and overseas.
