Australian Heritage Homes is located in Warrandyte South, Victoria and most of our building is situated in the Eastern and South Eastern region of Melbourne and outlying suburbs. Our company was founded by Siggy Van Unen, father of the current owner/operator, Renay van Unen, who has been building with the family business for the past 25 years. Every customer speaks with and discusses matters with Renay, the owner and builder ensuring an expertise in service that cannot be matched by a typical sales rep from other building companies. We employ the same trades people for every project who have been working with us for many years, ensuring the consistency in quality that we pride ourselves on.

We pride ourselves on building homes of superior quality and excellent value. What this means is that your home will require less maintenance, look newer and be in better shape than other homes five, ten or forty years into the future. This is because we are a family company that has been around for three generations and plan to be around for at least three more.
