Welcome the Regional page for the ACT and Southern NSW for the Australian Breastfeeding Association.

Here you will receive meeting reminders and information on group activities for all groups in the Canberra region (Evett, Melba), Queanbeyan, Goulburn and Snowy Mountains, Riverina region and south coast New South Wales (Bega, Mourya). Please also use this page as an avenue to ask any group or regional related questions you may have.

This page is not to be used for any counselling, if this is what you are after please call the Breastfeeding Helpline. This is free and is available to everyone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - call 1800 686 268, to speak to a trained volunteer breastfeeding counselling.

Please also remember that this page is a small part of the ABA and therefore the code of Ethics must be upheld, just as at any other ABA event/meeting you would attend.
