Aussie All Rounder Hats

Aussie All Rounder hats are the ultimate Australian cowboy hat and their story started in 1986 with an ambitious young Australian named Bob Peirce. A family man, Bob was a printer by trade and ran two souvenir shops at Koala Town and Dreamworld on the beautiful Gold Coast - a tourist mecca located on the East Coast of Australia.

While running those shops, Bob started crafting leather and felt goods to sell in the shops and noticed that the most popular item was his Aussie All Rounder hats. Bob's Aussie All Rounders are Australian bush hats and got their name from the fact that these versatile hats could be comfortably worn in Australia all year round - cool in Summer and warm in Winter. They are also fully washable and durable enough to withstand the test of time. And they simply walked out the door! In fact, Bob had so much trouble keeping them on the shelves that he decided to leave the souviner shops behind and start making his hats on a grander scale. Bob opened a factory in nearby Beenleigh and together with his family, ran the factory, doing everything from machine sewing the hats to the administration side of the business.

Bob's Aussie All Rounders are popular with council workers, government departments, traffic control companies, schools and sporting groups throughout Australia and the world. More than anything though, the Aussie All Rounders are popular among everyday Aussies - tradies, fishermen, weekend gardners, bush walkers and golfers.

Today, Bob's Aussie All Rounders are still manufactured in the surrounding area of Beenleigh by his family, including help from his grandchildren – making Aussie All Rounder a truly multi-generational family business.
