Aurora House

Aurora House is a beautifully, newly renovated single story home. It has three bedrooms suitable for couples and families, featuring air conditioning, BBQ, laundry, flat screen TV, full kitchen and a combined lounge/dining area that opens onto a spacious deck.

The home features a large outdoor undercover area and a deck positioned to capture the breeze in summer and the warm sun in winter. The lounge room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a Sofa that pulls out into a double bed. The kitchen has gas cooking, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a pod coffee machine to ensure you have a great start to the day.

The main room features a Queen Size bed, TV, built-in robe and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a Tri-bunk, ceiling fan and built-in robe, and the third room features a single bed and a trundle.

The yard is fully enclosed, ideal for those families needing somewhere to stay with small children. There are games, toys, books and balls to keep your little ones entertained. Porta-cot and high chair is available upon request.

Well behaved family pets are welcome, providing you let us know they will be coming. (We request you clean up after your furry family members and they remain off carpeted areas and furniture of the home)

The property is located 100m from the waters of Lake Macquarie, with a playground and bus stop only meters away that will take you towards Swansea or Newcastle.

There are many fun and relaxing things to do that are only a short distance away, including the Belmont Golf Club, Blacksmiths beach (4WD access nearby), Boat ramp, nature walks, kayaking, fishing, Lake Macquarie Yacht Club, Gunyah hotel, 16 footers Sailing Club, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The property can accommodate up to 6 Adults (Queen bed, Bottom double bunk and Sofa) and 3 children (Single bunk, Single bed and trundle bed).

Children aged 3 and under stay free. Children aged 13 and over are charged as an adult ($20 per night). Linen, towels, pillows and bedding supplied.
