- Meet Aunty Mel to allow entry to the property;
- Give Aunty Mel time to complete your rental condition report whilst you take care of other more pressing tasks;
- Return to the property and Aunty Mel will walk you through the contents of the report;
- Sign and return your rental condition report to real estate/landlord;
- You will receive a copy of your condition report with accompanying photos via email;
