- Risk Management
How can you manage risks? I can provide a sustainable plan to identify, assess and implement the appropriate control measures for all risks that are located within your workplace. Reducing the level of the risk to your workers and clients can be a financially beneficial for your organisation, risks that are not identified have the potential to injury someone which may result in time away from work and lead to workers compensation. Reducing the level of the risk will ensure that all personnel are safe when they enter the workplace.
My service includes a walk around your workplace, identifying any hazards and recommends the appropriate control measures. - Site Safety Management Systems
Safety management systems are a major component in any organisation, these systems outline the necessary health and safety policies and procedures that all personnel are to comply with. Think do you have any safety management systems in place, if so when was the last time they were updated and comply with the relevant legisations? What we can do is review these systems and provide the feedback on areas that may need amendments to comply with the necessary legislative acts and regulations. - Manual Handling
Manual Handling injuries account for the vast majority of injuries that occur in the workplace. What have you got in place for reducing the manual handling injuries? Did you know that manual handling can be changed through simple changes in the workplace. Adjusting the ergonomic position of the body can reduce certain injuries or by providing awareness training to allow workers to think about the lift prior to completing a task.
