Personal Training is not just about weight loss. Every client is different and has their own journey to live.
Sometimes we need support to help us get to where we would like to be.
All sessions are specifically designed for each individual person to make sure they get to their goal.
Sessions include:
fitness testing,
nutrition guidance,
measurements,
weigh in,
home programming for off days. (all extras are optional and no extra charge.
Options of one on one training or two people or more small group sessions are also available.
Personal Training is my way of helping you achieve a personal desire. Anything is possible if you give yourself the option to try. Each person is different. It doesn't matter if you want to manage weight, gain weight, stress relief, or just find a healthier you.
