RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

We understand that some times clients may need to change there schedule, However your appointment time you select is allocated to you and your stylist. Please consider our staff who are here just for you and your service and for other clients who have missed out on you allocated time slot


* We kindly ask that all appointments booked be GENUINE and if you do need to re-schedule or cancel PLEASE PROVIDE US A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE.


* Cancellations or "No Shows" can result in a 20% service fee surcharge, which will be deducted from your deposit OR refusal for future appointments untill the fee has been paid.


* Please understand that Ashia Hair Extensions is a small, but extremly busy business and we aim to devote our all to each and every client.

* Bookings for services that require longer than an hour, or requiring stock to be ordered, will be asked to leave a 20-50% non refundable deposit. Our staff will call you at our next working day to discuss a deposit, which you can make over the phone using a credit card.

*All service costs and outstanding balances MUST be paid for at the end of your service. We do not provide credit, or a "pay Off' System, Please ensure you have funds prior to your appointment.

* Please do not ask for an execption to our policies as refusal may offend.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN PREPERATION FOR MY APPOINTMENT?


1. You will receive a confirmation txt from our computer 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. PLEASE respond to this text with a YES. Any unconfirmed appointments our computer will delete after 24 hours of no response.


2. As our stylist will provide you with a Professional hair Assesment and consultation, it is very important that your hair is freshly wash (within 24 hours), completly dry, and tangle free. This is an OH&S Law and also ensures our team can correctly asses your natural hair growth. Should your hair not be cleansed within the 24 hours, we can do this for you at an additional discounted fee of $35


3. We have Eftpos! Please ensure you have the correct funds prior to your appointment time

4. Arriving Late. We understand that things happen that can alter your arrival time, please call our team if you feel you are going to be late, Arrivals of more than 15 mins can result in re-scheduling or shorten duration time.

5. At your appointment your stylist will asses your hair and will discuss ways to improve or care for your hair, our girls will also suggest care products, especially if you are having extensions applied. We highly recommend using high quality cleansers on your extensions to keep the condition. Our care packs are available for $89,95
