Ascot Lowline Angus Stud in Breelong (NSW)

Ascot Lowline Angus Stud is located in Breelong - which is close to Gilgandra in New South Wales (Australia). This new small stud farm is solely dedicated to breeding Lowline Angus stud cattle.

We are located on the Castlereagh Highway - which runs through central and north NSW. Currently I have been growing my small stud farm for only a short period and plan to produce some quality calves in 2016.

My farm is only 108km from Trangie where the Lowline Angus breed was first developed. Therefore the climate at my farm very much replicates the conditions at Trangie. My cattle love these conditions.

For those unfamiliar with this region - my stud cattle live in hot dry environment where in summer we can have consecutive days where the temperature is higher than 40°C. In winter we get some heavy frosts which take the temperature down to about zero overnight.
