Ascension Training

I started my journey to bring out the best in myself in 2012. During my first yeah I made a lot of great decisions and a lot of bad decisions when it came to my personal development and training.

I am now enrolled to become a personal trainer and I aim to become a person that can bring out the best in people not only physically but also mentally. Not making people only physically strong but also mentally strong.

I want to create a haven where people can express themselves while training. Scream, shout, grunt, cheer and push themselves to the limit. Without being bound by "social norms" while also being in a powerful and encouraging environment.

The human body is designed to do miraculous things! It's about time we started to remember that.
