ARTtober is a celebration of the Arts and creative people in and around Lightning Ridge. We aim to bring together artists and community to create an annual festival to showcase the art and culture that brightens up this township.
This festival facilitates and promotes events created by local artists throughout the month of October, bringing artists together to share their talents.
