Arthur palace is a brand new 3 bedroom home based in Perth - 15 minutes from Launceston CBD and less than 10 minutes to Launceston Airport.

The house has all the modern comforts you would expect and will feel like your second home.

The house will comfortably sleep 3 couples or great for a family stay with all the comforts of home. Featuring 2 Queen size beds and 1 bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top). A cot and high chair are available upon request.

The modern kitchen features stone bench tops, full sized oven and touch ceramic cook top will allow you to cook with ease and the whisper quiet dishwasher makes cleaning a breeze.

The house features double glazed windows and is fully insulated making it a 5 star energy rated property. Coupled with a reverse cycle air conditioner winter months will be toasty warm and the warmer months are efficiently cooled allowing pure comfort whilst watching tv or just relaxing

A very comfortable lounge suite and large flat screen TV feature in the living area.

Undercover parking is available for 2 cars under the attached double carport and if needed there is ample space in the driveway for more.
