Our team:

Founder: Pastor Benny Ho
Is a renowned bible teacher and the Senior Pastor of Faith Community Church in Perth, Western Australia. He is also a consultant to several churches in Asia and in Australia. His twin passion in ministry is expository preaching and mentoring. He founded ARROWS Ministry more than 10 years ago to help local churches equip every member to become a minister for Christ

Principal: Pastor Cheng Lai Lim
Has had a prolific career in the banking and financial sector prior to being called into ministry as an associate pastor in Singapore. He moved to Perth, Australia, founded Faith Community Church and was its Senior Pastor. Today, he is an elder and part of the International Advisory Council. He was on the board of the Bible College of Western Australia and its chairman until his resignation.

Dean: Choy Lee
Has been serving part-time and in lay capacities in churches and organisations in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia for 30 years. Trained in engineering and business administration, he pursued God’s call and completed his Graduate Diploma in Divinity studies from the Australian College of Theology in 2009. His passion is equipping others through Christian education and discipleship.
