ARMS: Adam and Ruth Milk Supplies

ARMS is a locally owned family operated business that began operation in June 2014 when Adam and Ruth purchased their first Norco franchise. ARMS has rapidly expanded and thier second franchise was purchased in January 2015.

A successful merge has seen ARMS become the sole distributors of NORCO products in the Casino and Kyogle districts and they supply supermarkets, schools, cafes and other businesses.

They take pride in delivering exceptional and personal service. In an ever increasing 'drop off' market Adam and Ruth provide a more traditional service by taking care of the ordering, stacking and stock rotation for customers that request this at no extra charge. This ensures a smooth and consistent supply of goods and means that businesses do not have to remember to place orders or find time to pack away goods.

BEGINNINGS
Adam and Ruth met in the remote NT mining town of Nhulunbuy and were married in 2007. In 2014 they with their four young children left Nhulunbuy with the dream of purchasing their own business and settling down in the beautiful Northern Rivers District close to family.

This dream began to be realised on the 12th of June 2014 when they began operations with just themselves. In January 2015 they employed their first full time driver and in Febuary 2015 they also added a part time driver to the team. In May 2015 continuing expansion ensured that they were able to change the permanent part time position to a permanent full time position.

THE FUTURE
ARMS have firmly consolidated their business in the district in their first year of operation and look forward to strengthening their place in the market over the coming years.
