Arakan Martial Art® was introduced to Australia by Chief Instructor Robert Kyaw from Myanmar (formally Burma) to the western world.

Robert has direct lineage to thousands of years of Arakan Martial Art®.
Arakan Martial Art® teaches members how to utilise many parts of the body including hands, legs, elbows, knees etc in a free flowing manner.

Over time, Arakan Martial Art® practitioners' bodies become fluid, adaptable, dynamic and powerful.
