Aquatic Flex

Hi, my name is Fatme Taha and I’m the Head Instructor of Aquatic Flex.
For many years, I have suffered from acute pain in my lower back and hips, resulting in weight gain.
I could not exercise on land due to my injuries and therefore resorted to water (pool) based exercises such as aqua therapy and aqua aerobics.
I have since controlled my weight, and my pain in my hips and lower back is significantly reduced.
I love aqua therapy - aerobics as it turned my life around and I hope that it can change yours.
