Aqua Aerobics with Sheryl

Aqua Aerobics classes are a fun and cool way to exercise in Darwin. The classes are suitable for all fitness levels and you don't need to be able to swim to participate.

The pool is deep so all classes are Deep Water. Buoyancy belts are available for those less fit or if you are not a proficient swimmer. All other equipment such as noodles and dumbbells are provided, just bring your towel and we recommend a water bottle as well Classes are for 1 hour..

Aqua aerobics also assists in rehabilitation, assisting with muscular strength, physical fitness, range of movement, balance and coordination. It can also help relieve pain, promote relaxation and provides therapeutic benefits to assist relieve stress.

The pool is located with the Ski Club grounds at Vesteys Beach, Fannie Bay in lovely surroundings. A bar and restaurant are also available.
