Appletree Family Practice was previously known as Charlestown After Hours Medical Centre for over 20 years. In mid-2012 we changed our name and relocated from the Pacific Highway premises to our new Health Square on Smith Street, Charlestown. At Appletree Family Practice the doctors, nurses and administrative staff work together to provide you and your family with quality medical care. Some examples of our services include: Men’s and Women’s health, shared antenatal care, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Mental Health, Skin checks, minor surgical procedures, travel medicine, routine childhood immunisations and workcover issues.
