At Ape Fit, we are all about gaining results in the fastest time possible whilst having fun. Running 45 min sessions out of West Leederville and Rockingham using a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style we deliver the results you desire.

Using sandbags, boxing, weight bars, medicine balls, weighted ropes, skipping ropes, rope ladders and many more we have a constantly changing training style. This means that your body will never adapt or plateau and you will get better results in a shorter period of time.
