I view my cake decorating as an art form and take great pleasure in designing a well balanced cake suitable for your accession . I use the best fresh quality ingredients and I don't use any of the commercial packet mixes available to professional cake decorators. Cakes are designed to look good and taste good. For wedding cakes I am more than happy for a client to have a cake tasting and consultation session. My prices are reasonable and don't reflect the many hours that go into my cakes. I do not inflate prices just because it is a wedding cake but calculate my prices according to the materials used, cost of ingredients and time spent executing a beautiful cake designed especially for your occasion. I continue to learn my craft by keeping in touch with the latest techniques trends and designs. I have a wide range of skills in cake decorating and I am also a successful artist trained in design.
