Hi and welcome to my fitness resolution.
I am a qualified Functional Movement Coach, specialising in toning, weight loss and strength using functional training methodologies.
I started this new venture and have never looked back. With the knowledge and experience I have gained I believe I have the ability to help others achieve a healthy active lifestyle.
My zeal to be a personal trainer thrives through my active and healthy lifestyle. I train 6 days a week, combination of Crossfit and weight training. I have also played a wide range of sports, such as, softball, basketball, netball, soccer, touch rugby, cross country and little athletics. As well as competed in various CrossFit competitions through my years as being an athlete. I want to share my passion for the fitness and health industry with others and I feel this is the best way I can do so.
I believe it's important to never give up, to never stop what you love doing - if you have a dream do absolutely everything to make it happen!
