I am a Mornington Peninsula Mum of two young girls and a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

I run a range of Pilates and fitness classes in Mornington and Mt Martha including Pilates in the Park (mat and circuit), small group clinical or fitness sessions at Enhanced Myotherapy (full studio) and small group clinical or fitness sessions at Mornington Peninsula Family Physiotherapy (mat and reformer). I also provide personal training services where I come to your home or we meet at a designated location.

A little bit about me...

In 2011 I left my six-figure corporate job to follow my dreams and live a more wholesome life with a career I love and more time with my fast-growing children.

My commute is usually five minutes from home following the Peninsula’s beautiful seascape and I get to work with amazing, motivated people from all walks of life.

This journey was triggered by me being diagnosed with post-partum thyroiditis (a blessing in disguise) and my husband with early-onset arthritis. At the time I was commuting into the city, often 3- 4 hours per day to a job that was well-paid but unfulfilling and I was (unbeknownst to me at the time) highly stressed. We thought we were relatively healthy but in hindsight we weren’t!

I have always loved Pilates and exercise in general so decided to take a huge leap of faith and follow my passion, becoming a Clinical Pilates Instructor / Personal Trainer and helping others in the process.

During this time I also took a great interest in nutrition and together my husband and I started a journey to try to heal ourselves and to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. In September 2012 we adopted a primarily plant-based diet and have seen huge benefits. My husband no longer has arthritis pain (he has slowed if not halted its progression) and I lost almost 15kg and feel amazing!! After studying in this field, I now offer online and face-to-face health coaching services to others hoping to do the same.

I hope to inspire you in some small way to eat more healthily, exercise more and generally feel full of life
