Ann Stevens - Yoga

Mainly a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyengar styles. Options are given to cater for different levels of experience. Emphasis is given to correct alignment in order to gain maximum benefits. Yoga postures and breathing practices work to harmonize and calm the nervous system cultivating relaxation improving stress management. The practice is energizing yet rejuvenating.

Cost for yoga classes:
Casual: $15 $13 concession
Discount for 5 & 10 class passes (expire after 10 weeks of commencement date)
