I am passionate about the body's innate ability to heal itself and find it's own natural equilibrium mentally, physically and emotionally with a reduction in toxic over load, the right nutrition and the gentle non-invasive Bowen technique.

I endeavour to hold myself to a high ethical standard both personally and professionally.

By furthering my education, always striving to learn and understand more about how these amazing bodies of ours function optimally. Obtaining continued education units so I can deliver better results for my clients.

By striving to be a more conscious and conscientious consumer both in the companies I choose to deal with and my own personal purchases.

There is always a cost when we compromise our values and it is not just future generations who will pay the price. We are paying the price of compromise in our health today.

I believe that we as individuals need to take responsibility for our bodies, our health and our wellness. So that we can achieve better health, better performance and quality of life naturally.
It is our own actions and the choices we make every day that will shape our future.
