Born Matamata, New Zealand, raised on her family's dairy farm at Okoroire - first job ₤5 for the season, feeding 40 dairy calves.
Educated - Tapapa Primary, Matamata College, Lynnfield High School (Boston, USA) which she attended as an American Field Service Scholar and Christchurch Technical Institute, studying Valuation, then long distance education completing a Diploma in Real Estate (New Zealand).
First employed in Real Estate in 1976 with N.A. Martensen & Associates in Howick, Auckland. In 1986 - opened and managed real estate office for Ward-Highley Real Estate in Mission Bay, Auckland. In 1987, moved to Goulburn after meeting husband, Bill, on a cruise. After 10 years teaching at Goulburn TAFE and 4 years with employment National, in 2004 Angella went back to her passion - real estate - commencing her business from a small home office with step-son, Brett, and husband Bill, joining her in 2006, the business outgrew the home office and she and Bill brought and renovated a former dental surgery in Bourke street.
In August, 2014, the business had outgrown the Bourke street offices, so they renovated Bill's former Superline Auto Spares, building into a very lovely and spacious premises.
Angella absolutely loves Goulburn and all it has to offer. As president of the Goulburn Chamber of Commerce from 2000-2002 Angella was extremely active in promoting Goulburn and local businesses. She is a strong believer in shopping locally and in giving back to the community. Each year she gives generous donations to thirteen local primary schools to be used for a variety of purposes, as chosen by the schools
