My main interest in massage came from being an athlete with an ongoing passion about helping others achieve optimum health, improving performance, reducing injuries and speeding up recovery time. My aim is to improve circulation and digestion, increase oxygen and nutrient flow to cells, increasing blood supply to vital organs adding nourishment and cellular activity to these organs, and to relieve discomfort from congestion and emotional stress. I believe by treating the dysfunction causing pain and to improve range of movement as well as relaxing the muscle tissue and bring about change in muscle tissue, increasing strength, reducing pain and injuries.
