A REI-KI session will promote the stillness within and encourage the natural healing ability of the body through a boost of Life Force Energy channelled through me into your body and energy field.. these sessions are very relaxing and its not uncommon to actually fall asleep during the session.. there is nothing that you need to do - your higher self will direct the energy to the most needed areas at the time.. sometimes the effects are immediate and sometimes the effects are felt days after the session - each individual experiences the energy as they need too.

An Intuitive Relaxation MASSAGE can also promote stillness and healing through gentle touch, pressure point and long soothing strokes on the body. Although it is relaxing - it is also stimulating the systems in your body to release any stored traumas from the past. Again these effects can be immediate or felt over the next few days as the energy shifts in your system.
These sessions can be enhanced by the use of Singing bowls or other healing music of your choice.
