At Anahata cafe and restaurant we care about your health, just as we would our own, that is why we don't use any chemicals or artificial colours in our food, and use natural ingredients while adding the right amount and combination of herbs and spices, so that food is easily digested and good for your system.

Created by our own Punjabi Indian Chef, we serve you freshly cooked authentic traditional breads such as chapatti, and stuffed Parattah’s and use healthy wholemeal flour on tawa. (Round Hot plate used in every house of North India).
