Amy Swan Handmade Jewellery

I design and hand make jewellery from precious natural materials- silver, gold, gemstones, pearls. I am inspired by the beauty I see all around me. I aim to make pieces that are simple and easy to wear, but still unique enough to be noticed. I love to see my creations being worn and enjoyed!

This jewellery is all genuinely handmade. I love to work with heavy gauge wire, bending, soldering and hammering it into curved forms and embellishing with simple gold granules, twists or gemstones. Organic hand formed shapes, subtle hammer marks and slight irregularities all tell the story of how each piece was made.

I can work with you to create custom pieces from scratch for special birthday gifts, bridesmaids jewellery, or just because you have something unique in mind. Because my jewellery is genuinely handmade I can also customise existing pieces- e.g. make chains longer/shorter, substitute silver for gold, adjust sizes, use different stones etc. Please send me a message to discuss your specific requirements.

Quality matters to me. ALL silver jewellery is quality solid Sterling silver. I only use genuine gemstones and real freshwater pearls. Some jewellery is highlighted with solid 14k gold.

The environment also matters to me. I use recycled metal where possible and package my designs in 100% recycled cardboard gift boxes. I also limit the chemicals used in my studio and use the least damaging options.
