Amy Lauren's Fitness

Hi my name is Amy Demarzo,

I wasn't always into health and fitness. My story starts when I was 10 at that age I had no idea I had a weight problem until some adults bullied me for my weight and posture.

This got worse in high school. I lost my friends which was my own fault, and I was binge eating.

When I hit year 10 my mum took me to the gym. Without being consistent and not knowing what I was doing I stopped and started. In year 10 I starved myself all day and would come home and binge eat because I had no knowledge on health and fitness.

Once I finished high school I decided to stop blaming the world and change my life. I started going to the gym everyday, I started slowly eating healthier and I lose 10kg.

Once I lose 10kg I moved to England and became the party girl. I would live for the weekend and getting drunk.

10 months later I got robbed in a hostel and moved back to Australia back to where I was with my weight.

When I moved back home I decided to start learning more about health and fitness and worked on my mindset.

I lost 20kg in a year and decided I wanted to become a personal trainer.

Helping people reach their fitness goals is my biggest passion, I love seeing people reach those goals and do things they thought that they could never do
