ARRIVAL

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure your professional service, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow time to consult.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Children are only permitted in the studio area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

ATTIRE

WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED CLOTHING. Most studio treatments are enjoyed fully caped; however, please do not wear your best clothes. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.

ATMOSPHERE

Please let us know your preferences, whether it is in the room temperature, volume of music, or massage pressure, so we can provide the most enjoyable service.

PREGNANCY

Let us guide you in selecting suitable treatments which take into consideration this special time.

JEWELRY & PERSONAL ITEMS

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the studio, please leave your jewellery at home.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Ambiguous Certificates are redeemable only within our studio. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates should be used within one year of purchase date.

FINISHING

There is an additional charge to finish hair straight or curled with a Glampalm.

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept all Major Credit Cards and Cash; but please, no Personal Cheques or American Express.

RETURNS

Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

Animals, other than guide dogs for the hearing- or sight-impaired client, will not be permitted in the studio.
